Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Victor and his crew finished our basement in Simsbury and did a great job. They turned a space we barely used into a family room, home office, and half bath. Victor handled the permits and inspections and also took care of the electrical and heating, so we didn’t have to deal with different contractors. The framing, egress window, and finish work all came out really well. Solid work, good communication, and we’re very happy with the finished basement.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We bought an older colonial in West Hartford that needed a lot of work kitchen, two bathrooms, flooring, painting, and even some structural repairs. Victor and the Cechinel Design & Build team handled everything from start to finish and made the whole process much easier than we expected. Like with any older house, a few surprises came up once the walls were opened, but Victor always took the time to explain what was going on, give us different options, and let us know the cost before moving forward. We really appreciated the communication and never felt like we were being hit with unexpected charges.
